Season One

  • Pre launch (Mid-late November 2021) – seeding the community with our invite only system and discord! Get feedback on governance and product designs.
  • Launch token and MVP (late December – early January 2022) – Distribute tokens to our early supporters and MVP product launch to reward users for completing tasks and creating engaging posts. Also partnering with our DAO partners to onboard onto our MVPs.

Season Two (Q1 2022)

  • Task bounties – exchanging the $WONDER token within our platform from user to user for completing tasks.
  • Community challenges – Wonder will launch vetted challenges and offer $WONDER tokens for completion.
  • Weekly competitions – Each week, the top 10 Wonderers will be rewarded for making the most progress on their projects (voted by the community $MIRROR style)
  • Project templates – Users can create step-by-step templates for launching products that utilize our project management system, making launching a project easier than ever.
  • Partnerships – We will source strategic partnerships for our members to give them access to discounts to help them launch projects.
  • Premium tools – Deeper app analytics, better project management tools, and an overall premium experience for premium members. (Looking for ~5% community adoption).

Season Three (Q4/later 2022)

  • Open exchange of $WONDER token.
  • Scale the community – throwing gas on the fire for user acquisition. Due to network effects, our platform is more valuable with the more users on it. Therefore once we have developed an impressive suite of tools and strong community, we will begin focusing on user acquisition.

100M tokens will be created. This model is inspired by other protocols like $FWB, $YGG, $FLOW and this article

  • 15% team – reserved for the core team. These will be vested over two years with a one year cliff, followed by monthly unlocks.
  • 15% investors – reserved for early, strategic investors of the DAO. These tokens will vest for two years with a one year cliff, followed by monthly unlocks.
  • 25% DAO treasury – reserved for the treasury of the DAO to be used by the community. This will be done through governance proposals and will not have a vesting schedule as the allocation will be available at launch. Includes a 8% options pool for future contributors.
  • 45% Circulating – reserved to be distributed by users completing tasks (season 1) and users making the most progress (season 2). 20M tokens will be rewarded for the first 1M tasks. 2M tokens will be allocated for our pre-launch to reward those who invite other users to join our waitlist! This will be be taken from the circulating allocation. The rest of the circulating tokens will be given out in season 2. Distribution will be controlled by a governance contract.
