qWOM is tokenized veWOM

If a user converts WOM on Quoll, he will receive qWOM and WOM will be locked as long as possible on Wombat Exchange to acquire maximal veWOM.

qWOM is a tokenized version of veWOM, it will be returned to the user at a 1:1 rate with WOM they converted.
