What is Lend7?

LEND7 is a platform for tokenizing real estate assets, allowing an NFT token holder to buy and retain ownership rights and protections provided by traditional real estate ownership. LEND7 will have a 7-year project cycle, meaning the real estate developers will have a right to buy back their property every 7 years. Apart from giving access to small investors to invest in real estate assets, LEND7 will closely collaborate with its community. Led by the vision to continuously donate its profit to charity organizations, LEND7 will support cancer treatment centers, people with special needs, and medical research.

PRIVATE SALE June 7th 2022: 20% of all LEND7 tokens will be allocated to private sale
participants.
PUBLIC SALE Q3 2022 : 30% of all LEND7 tokens will be distributed to contributors
to build a successful next-gen real estate platform.
LEND7 DEMO Q3 2022: The demo version of LEND7 will be launched, allowing users
to test the platform’s functionality.
ESMA FIAT CROWDFUNDING LICENSE Q4 2022: LEND7 will acquire an ESMA
license that will contribute to the protection of investors and implement more stability
into the ecosystem.
FIAT PLATFORM Q4 2022: The platform will be launched with listed possibilities to
purchase equities in fiat currencies.
CRYPTO CROWDFUNDING LICENSE Q1 2023: The crypto crowdfunding license will
be obtained, giving LEND7 more credibility and transparency, as well as facilitating
legal processes and making the platform accessible for more jurisdictions.
CARDANO TESTNET Q2 2023: The blockchain-based platform will be released in
the Cardano testnet with the possibility of checking how the LEND7 NFT engine works
and how smart contracts operate the execution process.
CARDANO MAINNET Q2 2023: The final platform will be released in the Cardano
mainnet with a legal framework, automated token, smart contract engine, and utility
token reward system. Fiat and crypto currencies will be accepted.
APP RELEASE Q3 2023: LEND7 will be available on the App Store and through
Google Play.
TOKENIZER API RELEASE Q4 2023: The LEND7 tokenizer API will be connected to
other crowdfunding and real estate projects, as well as made available for different
industries.

Public sale: Q3 2022

The tokens will be allocated among participants of both the private and public sales,
as well as to management and advisors of LEND7.
Private sale participants will be allocated 20% of all tokens issued.
Public sale participants will be allocated 30% of all tokens issued.
The Team will be allocated 5% of all tokens over time as a motivational tool to align
the interest with the value of tokens.
The Capital pool will contain 15% of all tokens to guarantee the buyback function for
investors.
The Treasury will be allocated 24% of all tokens issued. Treasury funds will be necessary
for a liquidity pool, staking, airdrop, and inter-ledger protocol (ILP).
5% of all tokens will be distributed for Development — such as hackathons, i
nnovations, and product updates.
The Advisors will be allocated 1% of all tokens issued.
Rewards: LEND7 utility token owners participated in the private sale get 25% rewards
from all NFTs transaction fees made on the platform
