What Is Element Finance?

Element Finance is a protocol that allows users to seek high fixed returns on the DeFi market. Users can access, through the ecosystem and existing AMMs at a discounted ratate, with no time limit, allowing the exchange of the discounted asset and the underlying asset  at any time. A fixed rate income can be secured by exchanging any of the primary underlying assets. The Element protocol does not require a trusted middleman and allows for fast and efficient trading of fixed and variable returns.

The Element Approach

The element protocol, at its core, works by allowing users through Ethereum contracts to split the underlying assets (ETH, BTC, USDC, DAI) of profit-generating positions, for example like Yearn’s vault or ETH2 validator, into two separate, replaceable tokens: the master token (PT) and the yield token (YT).

Minting and Providing Liquidity

Mining and providing liquidity to PTs and YTs can be a very profitable endeavor for DeFi users. By showing how minting works, and concluding with a detailed look at the simulations and analysis of profitability and the liquidity provisioning process, such as sugar usage. transaction curves and parameterization.

Market Forces

High fixed rate yields subsidized by market forces. Regular users subsidize active DeFi user strategies by guaranteeing a fixed rate return with a discount on the amount earned by DeFi users. DeFi user active participation subsidizes the value of a fixed rate return. The sections below go deeper into different market forces.
