Fight Out is building a fitness app and high-end gym chain. At its heart, Fight Out is a Move-to-Earn platform that rewards users for completing workouts whether in the gym or at home in their living room. User workouts are personalised to their goals and ability, and their progress and achievements are analysed and reflected directly in their digital avatar’s attributes.

When combat athletes compete, we are seeing the end result of their training. Only part of their regimen is fighting technique. In order to excel, combat athletes achieve a high level of cardio, strength, muscular endurance, and wellness.
That said, fighters who achieve a high baseline across attributes but excel in specific areas can have massive competitive advantages.
We have used these principles to form our Fight Out workouts and shaped our Move-to-Earn mechanisms to reward the Fight Out community for a holistic approach to fitness.
