What is Space Fever?
It’s the first of its kind on Web3! SFCOIN (or Space Fever Coin) is the official in-game currency. An amount of SFCOIN is required to mint the official in-game NFT called SFSHIP (or Space Fever Ship) to play. The rules of the game are very simple: destroy planets and asteroids and collect gems which will be converted into “SFCOIN”. The “Shoot ‘Em Up” mode is the first mode available in the game. More modes will come.
Inspired by the famous arcade game developed by Tomohiro Nishikado in 1978 “Space Invaders”, Space Fever is a shooter game running on the Web3. We are the first-ever blockchain-based “Shoot ‘Em Up” Game!
Space Fever Unique Features
The rules of the game are very simple: destroy planets and asteroids and collect gems!
Players are rewarded with SFCOINS at the end of each game.
Space Fever is based on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
The game works by interacting with two smart contracts:
- “SFCOIN” a BEP-20 contract that operates the official currency of Space Fever
- “SFSHIP” a BEP-721 contract that handles Space Fever NFT collectibles
Most game data are stored in the blockchain. Only the following information is stored in a classic web database:
- The amount of SFCOIN collected by each player
- The stamina loading end date of each NFT
